I have a personal practice of 35 years and have been teaching for 14 years. I've completed 800hrs of formal Yoga Teacher training and I am certified to teach Mindfulness Meditation.
I offer a variety of Yoga styles including Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Yoga. 
My classes will encourage self-awareness and self-compassion and listening to our inner wisdom.  We will anchor our awareness to our breath and to the sensations in our bodies, creating a mindful moving meditation.
